What is an Incoloy alloy?
One type of stainless steel is Incoloy alloy. This alloy contains essential elements such as nickel, chromium, and iron—the density of Inconel changes with the different qualities of the material. Various grades are designated by 625, 690, 718, X750, and 825. Company uses grade 825 to manufacture Incoloy pipes

Why is the Incoloy 825 so requested?
Corrosion resistance is a feature of Incoloy 825. It has a high nickel content and a strong austenite structure, which makes it resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking. The alloy’s molybdenum and copper content make it resistant to reducing agents and acids. Resistance to oxidizing conditions, such as solutions of nitric acid, nitrates, and oxidizing salts, is provided by chromium. After fabrication, especially brazing, which includes heating to the crucial sensitization temperature range (650 ° C– 760°C), the alloy is titanium stabilized to resist pitting and intergranular attack. Alloy 825 has excellent resistance to sulphuric and phosphoric acid corrosion and is frequently the most cost-effective alloy in sulphuric acid applications. Due to all these properties, Incoloy 825 alloy has a high demand.
