Description of Nilo:
Nilo alloy is a common material used to seal glass and metal. It contains maximum nickel and iron. Nilo alloy can be heat and cold-processed, machined, and produced by the process as follows for the austenitic stainless steel. In addition, Nilo alloy can be welded by employing Nickel Welding Electrode 141, INCO-WELD A, or INCOWELD B electrodes by following the metal arc method and Nickel Filler Metal 61 or INCONEL Filler Metal 82 for TIG, plasma, MIG, or pulsed arc welding.

What are Nilo 48 Wires?
Nilo 48 wires are nickel, iron, silicon, and manganese. Nickel-iron controlled expansion alloys with high magnetic permeability make up Nilo Alloy 48 wire. The expansion of Nilo Alloy 48 wire equals that of soda-lead and soda-lime glass. For electronic applications, they are used as leads. It’s also used in industrial thermometers that can withstand temperatures up to 450°C.
