Information about Nimonic 75 alloy:
Nimonic 75 alloys are welded using standard techniques. Also, these alloys are welded by using a matching filler metal. Usually, the requirement for welding is that the metal should be solution-treated. Also, fusion welding by tungsten inert gas welding and metal inert gas welding will suit this alloy.

Alloy 75 shows excellent mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Therefore, these sheets are most commonly used for metal fabrications requiring oxidation, scaling resistance, and medium strength at high operating temperatures.
Properties of Nimonic 80A Sheets:
Nimonic 80A Sheets are composed of nickel and chromium. This alloy is known for its high temperature, low creep, and high performance. The additives like aluminum, carbon, and titanium are infused into the alloy. It is a wrought and age-hardened alloy which is usually a strengthened alloy. Nimonic 75 Sheets are manufactured by high-frequency melting and casting in air. This alloy has good corrosion and oxidation resistance; also, the alloy shows the highest creep rupture and tensile properties. These sheets are readily fabricated and welded.
